This special TV only allows sims to work out, and will have them do so autonomously. It uses the same advertising values as watching normal TV, so they will use it autonomously if there's nothing more fun available on the lot.

All the debate about the recipes for juice and everything was driving me nuts, so I finally decided to end it all by looking at the game code and figuring out the REAL recipes along with some other little features for the juicer.
Now you can simply click the juicer and choose Check Recipe For.../[Juice Name] and you will be given an accurate recipe for the juice along with what it does.
You can also choose Check Current Stock and you will get a detailed report of all the amounts of various produce you have stored in your juicer. And last, but not least, the juicer now holds up to 300 items instead of the Maxian default of 50.

Maybe I'm anal, but this bugged (pun intended :P ) me to death! First off, ladybugs should not be swarming around the ladybug house in WINTER. They should be DEAD.
Second, ladybugs need sleep too! They shouldn't swarm around all night long.
So, that said: This hack only allows ladybugs to swarm around the outside of the ladybug house between the hours of 9 AM and 7 PM. They will not swarm CONSTANTLY, but will randomly start or stop every 20 mins. Ladybugs will not swarm in wintertime because they are DEAD.

Are you tired of a large portion of your Sims fearing seeing a wolf, and then having a wolf show up nearly every night without fail causing your Sims having their fears fulfilled?
Well now you don't have to worry about that! This sign, purchased for 10,000 aspiration reward points, will prohibit wolves from showing up on any lot where it is placed.
NOTE: You can have both this AND the Wolf Attraction Sign installed in your game. They work on a lot by lot basis, so they can coexist in your game without conflicting.
This can still be bypassed by having a werewolf summon a wolf.
